I am 86 years old. I have been taking lots of supplements including all the ones you mentioned due to the fact that I am from a cancer family.
I can now walk like in the 50’s and walk up more than 120 steps without stopping, sleep very well like deep sleep and have very good appetite and still working as an insurance agent after I retired after my normal job so my mind is also in good condition.

I have had post surgery blood clots. I don’t have swelling but still welcome advice to avoid ever having it. Exercise is my key to success in good blood flow.

Question, you talk about people over 50 poor circulation. in legs and feet. i had poor circulation from, a child and still have them. i took vit k2 did not see much. of a difference. please please, explain.

Nice presentation, however just a good overview no details. For example, are many forms of magnesium and many types of salt. Table salt is not good but Celtic, Himalayan and Baja Gold are full of much needed minerals.
