I started B complex with methylated elements and it took a few days and I noticed quite a difference. A short time ago, I did 23and me health and traits. Raw data uploaded into a functional doc’s database program and sure enough, MTHFR issue. Support makes a difference.

I found out I have the mthfr mutation, which is very common with adhd, and so it’s very important to take the b complex with methylated b12/folate. I notice a massive difference if I don’t take it or take the non methylated version. Clearly us asd/adhd types have various genetic polymorphisms and so must each find out the genetic issues/vitamin processing weaknesses we all have. Bio hacking is the future.

Hello, thanks for the amazing video, I have try different b complex supplements and every time i get a headache and that night i cant sleep well. Do u know why this happens to me? im a little bit defficient in b12 and i need it but its horrible to take it.

Always start on a small dose … I cut my pills in quarters for the 1st month and after I started taking half of the tablet …
It helps tremendously to start very low on b complex vitamins…
It’s complex for a reason and body needs to adjust…
