These are great! I was looking for weighted or resistance exercises, but these target the muscle groups better and were actually surprisingly effective without anything added.

Hope this helps. Been suffering a tingling and sometimes burning sensation below my left scapula. Will update after a couple of weeks of doing the exercises

If I've been experiencing chronic mid back pain for 8 months, and I'm doing pilates and mid back strengthening exercises under the guidance of a Physio. Will my recovery time take much longer than usual since I've had the pain for 8 months? Or can the recovery period be the same duration as someone experiencing mid back pain for say only 8 weeks?

Thank you. My mid / upper back keeps making popping sound. Feels very weak I popped out my shoulder and pushed it back in. Not sure if this is the reason. I read that my joints might be unstable

The title of the video is incorrect and misleading. These are all upper back exercises.
