I know I need to work on posture and T mobility, but I also need to strengthen the muscles that stabilize the T spine region.

Im so glad I found your channel for this specific topic. I just turned 50 and jyst today found out that I have a C shape in my thoractic spine. How many times do I have to say I'm in pain to get an xray. Be Proactive, people. :)

Tbis video is really good, thanks! The only thing that I think would be helpful is if it came with written cues on what you need to eatch out for, eg, the wall angels, should my back be flat to the wall and I only go as far as I can or does it not matter if my back arches as my arns move up higher?

I find I can activate my thoracic spine muscles by forcing a posterior pelvic tilt, which rounds my back by activating my abs and then during that trying to get my back upright while maintaining the ab activation. I can really feel my spine muscles fatiguing fast as hell, in a matter of seconds. Feels good, I can even feel my spine crack a little, like it's getting more mobile. I don't know if it's a good exercise though

Love the video.Just like the barbell variation, I find kettlebell front squat to be helpful too.

1:42 That overhead kettlebell squat looks painful (rounded upper back!). Isn't that what we are trying to resolve? Try it without the addition of the kettlebell until you master this.

What do you think about spine rotation strengthening exercises? because most of what i see is only mobility for the thorasic spine that includes rotation and thank you for the exercises in this video

Many clients will simply not have the mobility to do this type of exercise. It would be helpful to show stretches for gaining the necessary mobility as well as these exercises.
