I am in my mid 60s and have been seeing chiropractors since my late 20s for lumbar and cervical radiculopathy. A recent shoulder tear surgery had me sleeping in positions that caused horrible chest and upper abdomen spasms. A fun first for me...I was so tight that the rib or vertebrae could not be moved, especially with a compromised shoulder preventing my current provider from using leverage points for his ...Just this minute after coming here to you for assistance, I felt that pop after the foot grab "stretch"... A few weeks ago, I first had issues with my rhomboid muscles and watched your video and it helped me take care of that issue.

Last night I got maybe 2 hours of sleep, because my back was knotted up, so I did the stretches for my rhomboid, but that didn't do the trick even though I did all the stretches several times. So, I ended up using my infrared lighting which helped just enough to let me fall asleep for about 2 hours.

This morning when I got up my back was still in pain... not as much as last night but still enough to keep from starting my day. I went to your YouTube account and typed in lower back and found this video and it's EXACTLY what I needed... I'm no longer in pain.

Still tired from lack of sleep, but the pain is gone. Thank you, I so appreciate you. 💔
