-20 Sec ON
-20 Sec OFF
-2 Minute Break between Rounds

-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 8 + 2 Min Break is one Round

Good stuff brother! Just a critique if i may. I’m a pure weight lifter and have never done most of the no equipment exercises you show here, it would be helpful if you have a little more time showing the exercise before the time started. I find myself stoping the workout just to learn it.
