Join me today guys for this Ultimate 25 Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout that is a true hybrid home or gym dumbbell workout

With this upper body dumbbell workout, you can make it as tough or simple as you wish by simply upping or lowering the weights accordingly

Ideally, you will want to have 3 sets of weight. A heavier set , medium and light set.

If you have even more, that's great. You can work with what pushed you and how hard to want to work and lift

We will be tackling the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps

We will be hitting 5 exercises per muscle group, with 40 seconds active work per exercise and 20 seconds rest in between

Here is the workout breakdown and order

00:01 - intro

01:05 - chest

06:21 - back

11:22 - shoulders

16:22 - biceps

21:22 - triceps

26:58 - Zeus Lift program preview

Thank you for this video, I totally love this one - great pacing, perfect instructions, ideal amount of training time to fit into a busy schedule - great "smashed feeling" afterwards.
What I usually do is start with a 5x5 workout of the large compountd lifts, then add this on top - This takes between 1-1.5h in total.
Fewer/harder workouts seem to work better for me since once I get myself tricked into the "work out zone" it seems easier to carry on rather thani have to practice crossing this threshold again every day. Working out to a video like this also helps avoid "decisions" whether to continue or take another break and helps save a lot of time.
Thanks again and good luck with the video programs - I have to check out your commercial offerings as well at some point.

I have been lifting on and off but mostly on for the last 20 years. I am liking the vids it’s giving me some freshness in my routine. Especially as I try to rehab this shoulder injury from 3 years ago. Loving the videos man.

Awesome workouts. Have you ever thought about creating a adjustable bench full body dumbbell workout program, more so for people that may struggle with back issues but can still workout with the aid of a bench

This looks like a awesome program especially for the older person with some injuries. I can’t do the burpees and jumping around like some of the other programs, but this one looks just right!!!
