Join me today guys for this Ultimate 25 Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout that is a true hybrid home or gym dumbbell workout
With this upper body dumbbell workout, you can make it as tough or simple as you wish by simply upping or lowering the weights accordingly
Ideally, you will want to have 3 sets of weight. A heavier set , medium and light set.
If you have even more, that's great. You can work with what pushed you and how hard to want to work and lift
We will be tackling the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps
We will be hitting 5 exercises per muscle group, with 40 seconds active work per exercise and 20 seconds rest in between
