In this video, I’m going to show you how to relieve knee pain. You can do this by yourself with a massage tool, or you can get someone to help you.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to this knee pain remedy:

1. Perform a squat to determine which knee causes you pain and where the pain begins.
2. Massage from your quadricep up to your hip repeatedly on your opposite leg.
3. Perform the squat test again to see if the knee pain persists.

This technique can fix knee pain very quickly!

My wife had knee pain for about 2 months, had difficulty to walk. She tried this and knee pain reduced by about 50% in 5 minutes and she was able to walk much better. Thanks you Dr. Berg and all the good deeds you have been doing.

ADVICE. I had knee pain. Here are two tricks to help. (1) use a foam roller, better yet, use a foam roller with spikes. That is a great tool for the muscle and the connection tissue. (2) make sure your shoes have even wear. If your gym shoes are too worn, they will impact your gait ( how you walk / run) and move you into an unnatural condition. Over time, that causes pain. Hope this helps.

This doc is great. Smart, experienced, personable, funny, and most of all, helpful. Plus he does not try to entertain us in order to get to talk longer while actually just boring is to death. I have gleaned some very valuable info from him. We need him b/c our “health care” system in the US is now all about marketing and pills.
