These exercises work so well! I was given them by my own physical therapist a year ago and they help my backpain so much!

Great video. I do a daily exercise program I call the no damn choice workout because I have no damn choice. If I don't work out every day, my back starts to hurt and there are other body issues the workout addresses. Daily working out also helps lower any depression I might be feeling at the time. The workout starts on the floor and goes to standing halfway through. The first four exercises are aimed at loosening the back and strengthening the muscles in those locations. There are some light weights used late in the workout but it's all about stretching and working the body, not stressing it. It's worked great for me for three decades.

Sure miss Bob. His presence and contributions were so valuable, trustworthy, straight to the point and practical. Brad, yours are too, and you are appreciated. These flexion exercises (forward bends) may be good for some, but there are many people for whom they could be very damaging. Mike's advice "If you reach the point of pain stop", reaching the pain point is too late for some of us. I can't do them or I end up in pain for weeks or more. Great caution is needed. Thanks for all you do, Brad. Will we be seeing Bob again? I hope so. You two complemented each other so well.

I used to stretch my son's back. Back to back with arms interlocking, I'd bend to lift him and let him hang to stretch.
He's a 290 lb offensive lineman. I couldn't have lifted him any other way, but this was easy. It made him feel so much better.

I used a friends Teeter a few times and it does work. These exercises are much more affordable to do though and will be worth a try! Thanks once again Bob, Brad, & Mike. God Bless you all.

I feel great after trying this. I was lifting some huge hardwood logs and splitting them yesterday. Thanks for all the help over the years.

There is so much pain that it will be difficult, but I'm going to give the exercises a try. I'm so tired of being in constant pain.

Can someone tell me what’s wrong with r my knee sometimes when I bend it, it sorta cracks but hurts really bad for like 7 seconds but I have no idea what is wrong with my knee?

try the horse stance followed by touching your toes while sucking in your gut
internal hip rotation and working the gluteus medius is also important

Hey Bob! I have Costochondritis for 2 years. I did eveyhing you can imagine and I already do these kind of exercises every day but I never feel a pop at my back. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks
