This was wonderful. I really enjoyed it. One note maybe to know that traumatized people may have a reaction, a response, to saying "I am safe".My blood pressure rose. My body got hot. My breathing tried to get shallow but I'm experienced enough now to know what was going on inside and why I was suddenly feeling kind of panicky. It's just something to think about. It did teach me something about how safe or unsafe I still feel at this moment when my thinking mind moves out of the way for a moment. ❤
