30-Day Core Challenge: Day 1 *Beginner* Plank Exercises - No Equipment Needed

Join me in a beginner core workout focusing on the Plank exercise.
We'll start out with a 2 minute warm up before we jump into our exercises. 7 Plank exercises will be performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest in between. Last remaining minute will be a cool down or stretch. I'll demonstrate proper form of the Plank and common mistakes, and as always, feel free to modify any exercise while you are still building strength. Grab a mat and let's get started!
