Had to look strangely hard to find a 30 day challenge that wasn’t just 1 video telling you to do the same workout for 30 days. Can’t wait for the rest of it!

If you dont want to follow along, each set consists of roughly 9 leg raises, 12 windscreen wipers, and 11 burpees. 3 sets in total.

DAY 1: Done, out of breath and it's hard for me to keep legs straight while doing leg raise -_- but I felt the burn and will continue this challenge.

Day 2: Done, out of breath again but my burpees are much better now and legs are still not straight but I will keep pushing it PHEWWW it's such a good workout. KEEP IT UP LADS ^_^.

Day 3: Done, was very challenging but I love it and I am getting much better with my stamina.

Day 4: Done, I had to push myself was not feeling like working out but then finally did, loved the day 4 exercises and I am glad you have a different sets of exercises each day which makes it more interesting.

I'm gonna start this today. Thanks for your videos. I've lost 20 kilograms, but my stomach is very soft and I still have a lot of fat and loose skin. I hope this helps. I workout (HIIT) 3 days a week for about an hour, and I need something more. Wish me luck!

Edit: Just did it! Got me out of breath, more than I thought it would, lol.

Day 1 completed! Also morning and evening yoga for 30 days to help stretch before and recovery after. Running 2 times a week at least so fingers crossed the abs come through in a month’s time! 🧘‍♀️

I'm going to complete this challenge ~~~ Can I have some motivation? No? Okay😁

*Day* *1* : I enjoyed it a lot and it wasn't that long and I could really feel the pressure on my abs!!😆

*Day* *2* : I just completed day 2 and it's just awesome, can't wait to finish this challenge

*Day* *3* : Yasss!! I completed day 3 and it was reeeeaaalllyyy fun and I'm sure that I'm gonna be in love with my abs

*Day* *4* : Oof😂😅 It was tough but I did it🌼🔥

*Day* *5* : Omg😂 My abs and obliques are really sore and believe it or not I've already started seeing some differences~ ✊💞

*Day* *6* : It was kinda easy then the rest lol, Tomorrow I'm gonna take after pic of my abs hehehe😂✊

*Day* *7* : Awmagawd! The last exercise of this set was so hard 😥😂 But it's totally worth it cause I'm seeing so much difference in only 1 week!!

*Day* *8* : Just completed Day 8 and it's just amazing, I think I'm gonna complete it~

*Day* *9* : This was one of the toughest one so far! But I did it~~~

*Day* *10* : Done~~ Idk but I feel like it's getting harder😅

*Day* *11* : Yay! I'm so close to 2 weeks!

*Day* *12* : It was REALLY hard 😂

*Day* *13* : It was easy but it required a ton of balance 😁

*Day* *14* : OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE IM ALREADY HALF WAY THROUGH 😆

*Day* *15* : Is So Painful and tough!!😭
