Through out the last few years that I've owned my Renegade, I have done a lot of mods and Upgrades. here is my opinion on why I think you should buy a Jeep Renegade for your own.

A couple items. 1) if you are going to seriously off-road make sure to get some skid plates. 2) with the 2.4L engine watch your oil! They can use a quart between oil changes or none at all. 3) saw a sweet jeep sticker in Oatman, AZ. The J and P were pistols and the e's were hand grenades. Keep enjoying

I love my renegade … easily the most attractive 4x4 out there.

It's my son's now, but my '18 Renegade Trailhawk took 4 of us to Telluride (twice). I just bought some rooftop crossbars and a rooftop box and it was a perfect companion in the snow. I drove into Telluride via 145 in a snowstorm and with a set of Falken AT Trail tires, the little Jeep was unstoppable and as sure footed as if it was dry. Same think headed back south to Durango via 550. Some of the steep grades may have dogged the 2.4 a little but the jeep always felt in in its element. So, as long as the family is just 4, the Renegade is great. It truly is one of the best all-weather vehicles I've ever driven specifically because of the drive mode calibration, independent suspension, size and handling.

Excellent video. I liked your take on the Renegade. I've had larger 4x4s all my life and now considering downsizing.

On my second Renegade.. had a 2020 Limited for 4 yrs, and just got a 2020 Trailhawk on a deal. Yes, these are reliable, and surprisingly rugged. Like the video creator said, which is my only con also, is the gas mileage. And I have a coworker with a 2015 with 270, 000 on it. All original. So, with proper upkeep. You can get the most out if it.

I'm thinking seriously about getting one. I had a 2015 Dodge Avenger and want something that sits a little higher. They have always caught my eye. This helps a lot.

Love that colour and I think it's the best one for it. There's one in mybtown the same colour as yours I've been eyeballin but it's sitting at a mechanics shop with a 60 day tag so Idk if it broke down or somethin.Great video and now I want to get one.

I just got me a used Renagade, always liked the X tail lights 😍 I have had a 4x4 Frontier for 15 years, but wanted a smaller 4x4 vehicle.

agree. I'm the same way. have one brand of car for a while, then change it up to something else. variety is the key. I've had a different brand of car every time I bought a new car. starting with Nissan Sentra, Honda Accord, Acura integra, nissan 300zx, bmw m3, Merc c230, Ford Mustang GT, now getting a renegade as a daily to my mustang

I have a 17' Renegade and love it. Mine is front wheel drive, which was strange at first but i still love my Lil Tater! Mine actually needs a thermostat, which the part is $46, but its a 3 hour job and the location is ridiculous....$300 Love your videos! Are you doing Duck Duck Go?

I’ve had jeeps my entire life and I’m 2015 when I first saw one I thought. That little thing looks cool. I ended up getting one 5 years later. It’s a shame what happened to them from 16-18, but I solved the oil probably with using Lucas and after two years of using Lucas every oil change and in between. Now it doesn’t use a drop

I was just looking at these as a second vehicle for fun and to have go down smaller trails as we're looking into moving back out west from the plains.
