Something I find helpful is pepto bismol, being still, a protein and carb snack (meat crackers cheese etc and of course something to sip with it) and either getting some fresh air or thinking about a place like that instead of the feeling or whatever may be on your mind.

There's also the squeeze your left thumb in your fist thing if it's more of a gaggy feeling than stomach upset

I lost 25kg (55lbs) in 3 months because of nausea.. I was in my bulking phase while workouting at the gym. All my progress is gone just like that. Went back to the gym last week and felt weak and sad😞
