Give this tricep workout a try, all you need is dumbbells! Tempo Toughness is a new workout series that is going to optimize your mind muscle connection to maximize muscle gain! This is the dumbbell only version and a workout for triceps. There are 5 exercises in the routine. Each exercise is performed for 6 reps with a tempo sequence of 3-3-3. Take as little rest as possible between exercises until you are done with 1 full round. You can do this workout as a tricep finisher or 3-5 rounds for a full triceps workout. I do the workout real time with you and count out the tempo so you can follow along too. Get them gains with this dumbbell tricep workout!!
