The base of this recipe we used (minus the chocolate chips and we used walnuts instead)-
We used 3/4 cup of choc zero chocolate chips to dip the cookies in (see above link)
We used 1 package of mini marshmallows
We estimate that this makes 10 huge cookies that have approximately 5 net carbs each.

Here's a tip to add years to the life of your microwave. Most microwave failures are caused by the door safety switches failing. Always "Pause" the cooking or wait for the microwave to stop before opening the door. If you open the door while it is cooking, the safety switch will stop the cooking but there will be a tiny spark or arc across the switch which eventually will cause one of them to fail.

My tiny suggestion- instead of coconut oil, add melted butter to the chocolate. The coconut oil melts at a much lower temperature, . The butter would help the chocolate stay solid longer once the cookies are out of the freezer.

I've been using those protein puffs for a couple of years. Add them to melted chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil or butter, and spread out on some parchment paper in a baking dish. Chill until hardened and break into Nestles Crunch bars. You literally cannot tell the difference. Personally, I like to mix milk and dark chocolate from choc zero for this.

I found a recipe for keto marshmallow cream. It was super easy to make and literally tasted like normal marshmallow cream. It's basically heavy Cream, sweetener, vanilla whipped to soft peaks then add a very small amount of Zanthum gum and whip it up.

Hi ladies! Just a quick word about the company CHOCZERO. The products from this company are outstanding and the customer service is even better. I made a sizable order last week, and because of our beastly heat wave, every package of chips was melted into a messy ball. I took pictures and reported the problem to their customer service, and bless their hearts, they sent me a refund toot sweet! I will be reordering these items when the weather cools. Just wanted to give CHOCZERO a big grateful shoutout!

I tried the provolone ravioli! WONDERFUL! I filled them with 1lb ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp cinnamon. The seasoned meat was fried up with half of a finely minced large onion. Sauce was 1tblspoon lemon juice and 6 tblspoons heavy cream with a pinch of salt and a pinch of garlic powder, mixed and then drizzled on ravioli. DELISH. Feel free to share.

Pork King Good has dessert pork rinds which are amazing! I've used them for a Rice Crispy substitute in several recipes and it's great! Going to try this recipe soon! Most of our favorite recipes come from your channel.

TIPS?! Grama says wet your hands just a little when smooshimg RK squares into a pan. Works with no sogginess. Maybe adding a half tbs butter to marshmallows will keep them from being too sticky. I love the protein doodads, they have chocolate, too. I put them in my magic spoon RC squares and in melted Lilly’s chocolate and they harden into krackle bars. These cookies look awesome! You two are awesome!

Wow…great recipe! I love you two, and how candid you are, but best of all, the expressions on your faces, when a recipe is a complete winner!

“You need to be willing to look outside the box, ” as you held the box & then opened it! 😂 (Please note that I’m a longtime fan, I just got a kick out of this!) 🙃😘

Seeing how difficult the melted marshmallows were, I would probably add the unheated marshmallows & cereal to the cookie dough & let the baking melt the marshmallows.

So I made these cookies again and this time I tried cutting up the marshmallows (instead of melting them) as a few commenters mentioned, and it was not that easy. Very sticky, leaving residue on the knife which made it harder to cut. I coated it with butter but it didn’t really help. It was just laborious. But it worked and I just added them to the dough mixture. They didn’t melt as much as I thought they would so there are bigger marshmallow pieces still in the cookie. Still super yummy. Going to keep these in rotation.

These look great! Tip: use a little less oil into the chocolate so it will be harder and less melty when the cookies cool.

Thanks for the video. I made these and substituted (cause can’t get my hands on those puffs 😕) with Catalina Crunch cereal and they were awesome. Only thing I’m gonna do next time is just chop up the marshmallows and add them to the dough. My efforts were as messy as you guys and I even tried the trick of adding them to melted butter like you do when making rice crispy squares (from days gone by). My husband loved them and he isn’t doing low carb at the moment and hasn’t liked too many of my keto cookies to date. But he really liked these ones. Cheers.
