I just made these for my family. Not only are they insanely delicious, they do not taste like a keto cookie. Anyone who has been on keto will know baked deserts never taste the same and honestly rarely taste good but these are incredible! Do not hesitate, make these now!

The Recipe:

-1 cup cashew butter smooth and creamy
-1/2 cup allulose
-1 large egg
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 cup keto chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F/180C

**cover mixing bowl and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Bake 10-12 mins
