This video is about how to use nootropic adaptogens to heal your brain damaged by chronic stress.

When something happens during your day, regardless of what that stressor is, your body responds the same way every time.

Your HPA axis kicks in and sends a cascade of hormones into your system. Dominated by a flood of cortisol from your adrenals. To fight the effects of stress in your body.

The symptoms of chronic stress show up as brain fog, anxiety and depression, weight gain around your waist, not feeling rested after a night’s sleep, and catching every cold or flu bug that’s going around.

Fortunately, you have easy access to an elite-class of nootropics that help your body cope with stress. And avoid the damage it can cause.

Bringing your body back into a balanced, healthy, optimized state. They are called “adaptogens”.

This video will explain how chronic stress causes brain damage. Then you'll learn what an adaptogen is and how they work.

Then we'll cover the top 7 nootropic adaptogens proven in clinical studies and through real-world use - to help you recover from chronic stress.

I find a mechanical factor that needs addressing in Internal-Jugular Vein compression.
This slows the blood flow of the brain, drainage as well as spinal fluid flow.
- symptoms are head pressure, pulse in ear, positional based symptoms

Okay, great video. So, does anybody know a decent supplement co. that's honest and reliable? I don't trust most companies after one investigation found that popular suppliers were selling pills, powders and capsules that either didn't contain enough or even any of what they were supposed to. Thanks

As always great information, easy to follow with resources to do further research-what more could a gal ask for! My question to you is - Which if any are effective for post stroke patients? Would appreciate any information on this topic in future videos. Thank you in advance 😊

Hello,
I developed a pretty severe anxiety/panic disorder which is ruining my life. Although Im starting to get a handle on it, I still always seem to be on edge and fear. I’m looking for something to take the edge off. I did hormone labs and everything was fine except a slight elevation in cortisol and low dopamine. I need some help as I’m not sure which adaptogen(s) would work best for me. I tried ashwaghanda and seemed to be sensitive to it. Thank you in advance!

Hello, informative video, however Ashwagandha is listed twice on the timestamps.

Hi David, would you consider doing a video on astaxanthin and its health benefits? You may find something about it I haven't discovered yet. Thanks for these videos.

Hey m8 you accidentally typed in ashwaganda instead of Ginkgo on your time stamp :)

Thanks for posting :)

Suggesting an edit to the timestamps in the description; you have "Ashwagandha" doubled where the 12 minute timestamp should say "Ginko Biloba".

I know you are busy, but have you ever heard of someone who couldn't use Alpha GPC because it made them incredibly sleepy? Citicoline too.

Love the channel!
Should someone choose one the these adaptogens to take or take a combination of several of them?
For instance, if you had a combination of stress, burning sensation all over your body on the skin, (maybe from stress, hormones or something else) and tinnitus in one ear, that's been getting better but spikes occasionally and gets worse with stress...
Been to so many Dr. And none can tell ma what's wrong...but all want to prescribe different benzos, antidepressants etc.
My gut tells me it's some form of stress induced deficiencies. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
