I also took lions mane for 30 days and what I noticed is multiple times in the 30 days when I dropped something I immediately caught or recovered, like without dropping whatever was falling on the floor, like my brain just fires quicker and responds faster. It’s quite nice. Oh yeah I remembered peoples names too which I’ve always been a bit rusty with.

Currently added this to my daily multi, mag glycinate, and Vit D3/K2. I have been having such vivid dreams (like the ones I used to have as a kid). It's super trippy, but I enjoy it. Today, I woke up more alert than I have been in quite a while.

I have trigeminal neuralgia. I've been pain-free and drug-free for almost 3 years. I take taurine, lion's mane, multivitimin, and B complex. I just started Lion's Mane a couple says ago. I was started to have chronic mental fatigue. I started seeing mushroom ads everywhere. Lion's Mane stood out to me as something that could benefit me. The container said 1-3 serving a day at half a teaspoon. Started with one and now to 2 servings. Usually with my coffee. Just tried with a protein shake today. I do feel like it's making a difference. I've been able to concentrate better and less distracted.

this fall I plan to gather lots of lions mane. I found some 4 years ago and didn't know what they were. I had never seen any before, so I got online and found them. now I wish I had gotten some of them, I found two places after that where they are growing. on trees, , some way up high. I will have to carry a cutting stick . turkey tail is already starting to show up and I make tea, I will drink turkey tail every day fro here on out, with pine needle. amanita muscaria will be what I will be getting a good bit of as well.. I have to have my mushrooms, chanterelles are about to start. and I cant wait ! best thing I have done for myself is learning to forage.. I feel way better since I started.. always looking to learn new plants

Incredible mushroom, packed with so many active ingredients it’s ridiculous. Another great supplement I’ve found is berberine. Highly recommend berberine.

Thanks for the tip on using the powder version. I don't understand why you recommended Lion's Mane to a lot of your patients and yet didn't take it yourself for however long a period that was. It's reassuring to a patient if they know their doctor has used a supplement (or drug) and can attest to its benefits, if any.

Slight boost in energy (tired energy) less anxiety, boost in concentration, crazy dreams, less of a hangover after drinking. I get the LM at sprouts it’s 78 servings for $20. I just mix in my coffee in the morning. The downside is when I don’t take it I get a groggy angry withdraw, and all my symptoms of anxiety return.

I use an alcohol tincture.
Within a few days I felt like I was bouncing off walls. I had so much energy but was also somehow sleeping better.
It’s like drinking 3 red bulls for me but with no crash.

Lion’s mane powder has to be extracted with water (decoction) and alcohol to break down the cell wall. So it’s better to use powder extract or tincture extracts if you want good results 👍

I use a powder form and mix it in my everyday post workout protein shake.

I feel great and look great.

I sometimes workout 3x a day to get rid of energy.
