Super glad you brought up “they aren’t the same as drugs” I personally am not deficient of b12 yet I took it yesturday (1000mcg) and today I still feel very stimulated in my head and it’s hard to fully hold thoughts without overthink about thinking. (If that makes any sense) hoping these symptoms will pass soon so I can be chillin.

I feel changing your foods is the awnser.staying away from fast foods and sugars it only makes it worse.

This is the problem with things like anxiety; it's a symptom, not a disorder or illness; it's all just symptoms. It could be from a poor diet, environmental toxins, stress, etc. Most of the time, people who experience the symptoms have some kind of nutritional deficiency. The psychiatrist and psychologist cannot medically diagnose you with medical tests because there are no tests to prove anything. Things like ADHD, OCD, and depression—they call them mental illnesses—all caused by brain chemical imbalance, and some of them don't even know the root cause of these symptoms, but somehow they claim all are caused by brain imbalance. So if you don't know the root cause of a disease, you cannot treat it with medications or anything.

Its a bit of trial and error. I researched some supplements and just microdosed them, they go in my mocha or smoothie every morning.

I take a range but my range isn't necessarily a "fit" for others. But it made me realise i had a deficiency.

You're right and everyone is different so certain supplements work better for different people. I have found luck with herbal teas and if someone has anxiety it wouldn't hurt to try different teas. Best way though is to get medicine from doctor and add supplement on top of it, talk to your doctor.

I use ashwagandha. tried to stop the other day and started having body aches and tachycardia. went to the ER and they said it was withdrawal from it. started taking it again to ease symptoms till I can taper off it
