I mix Vimergy Ashwaghanda with Vimergy Lemon Balm to hit anxiety, high blood pressure etc. Lemon Balm calms the central nervous system and Ashwaghanda heals the adrenals . Finally I use Magnesium cream and Magnesium glycinate daily.

Ginseng destroys my stomach, otherwise I reallh enjoy the effects. Panax ginseng is what I tried.
