this has to be the best jump rope tutorial on YouTube, Was doing the boxer jump today and felt if I had seen this video before I would have done better, jumping with the rope on your side and listing to the rope hit the floor is the best advice you can give a person, Arm placement and sizing of the rope as well, thank u for the video
