Upper body, lower body, abs and cardio -- this full body circuit workout hits it all!
12 full body dumbbell exercises to build strength and burn calories at home. All you need is a set of dumbbells.
✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Circuit Workout (Full Body)✨
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using a 15-20 lbs. And optional mini loop resistance band.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits
✔️ 4 Moves Per Circuit (Arms, Legs, Abs + Core and Cardio)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
Arms: 2 Hammer Curls + 2 Shoulder Press
Legs: 1 Deadlift + 2 Lateral Step Squats
Core: Plank 2 Toe Taps + Bear 2 Shoulder Taps (MOD: Banded March)
Cardio: Surfer Quick Hits (MOD: Squat Heel Taps)
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
Arms: 2 Back Flys + 2 Straight Arm Pullbacks
Legs: Alternating Reverse Lunge + Front Calf Raise
Core: 2 Skull Crushers + 2 Reverse Knee Tucks (MOD: Taps)
Cardio: Towel Slams
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
Arms: Push Up + Plank Walk
Legs: Banded Fire Hydrant Kicks R/L
Core: Side Plank + Dumbbell Pull Overhead R/L (MOD: Knee down)
Cardio: Burpee + Lateral Hop Over DB (MOD: lateral hop overs)
