Today I will be taking you through a total body vinyasa yoga practice aimed to stretch and strengthen your body, and giving you an energy boost in the morning! A flow that will focus on the entire body, from opening your heart, hips, and shoulder to working the core and legs. A perfect sequence for all levels.

All you will need for this class is a mat or towel to practice on and yoga blocks if you can one to help you go further in some poses. See you on the mat!! :-)
