Great variety ! I enjoyed the balances despite the added challenge today of doing practice on cambered deck of our boat while the city ferries drove by 😊added challenges. It’s a glorious morning in Brisbane so I needed to practice outside . Thank you

I Loved this practice and the pranayama at the end was very calm restoring. the only thing was the initial exercise of kneeling and stretching back up... it bothered my knees, I good sign I should keep doing it, so they get the benefit! thank you Tim!

I took this one slowly today as have heavy cold and just tested positive with COVID :( It got me thinking about if there are any classes which are better for when you are unwell but want to keep practicing and and stay active. As always, great class. Thank you Tim
