I have truly and really, and thoroughly enjoyed this practice, loving the deep breathing, and eventually easing into position and relaxation. I have practiced yoga for over 40 years; all kinds; power yoga for an hour to 75 minutes a day, HIIT yoga. Honestly, since I have been working with you, I am feeling stronger and I am able to assume positions that I have never been able to do before, along with binds. That is so positively emotional for me to text this and then re-read it. I so appreciate all your hard, ongoing work to bring us your magnificent practices.

My fiancée sat with me today for part of this one. When i dropped into the first skandasana - I told him how the frequency of the pose in the videos almost caused me to quit with Charlie. In hindsight I’m embarrassed after all of the weight I lost and the pain I’ve worked through and how my knees are so sensitive- I could barely walk bc of the pain in my feet last march. I began and within a couple of months my bones spread and my muscles were getting strong. So- I would get down into skandasana carefully and slowly and in just a month my knees are strong, i don’t use my hands I can 🙏 I wanted to share because I think it’s really important for people to know they can do that too.

The part around 25min where you pause to "feel the energy of the back bend" for a few moments was wonderful. The whole of the class was wonderful really. Thank you so much Charlie!

Thankyou Charlie for this video. I’ve been practising with you for around 3 months now and the growth I’ve seen through this journey has been overwhelming. From my posture, weight management and over all confidence, it has helped a lot. Please keep posting the longer videos from 45-60mins. Love from India. ❤️

Everything about you aligns with who I am and what I aspire to be as a yogi. You find the balance between strength, stretch, silence, playfulness, and creativity and I’m so appreciative. I loved the piano music during savasana too. Thank you Charlie, I love being on this journey with you

I wanted to find longer practices typed 45-60 min… found this awesome collection of them. This specific one I just did. This one is super challenging. Very much balance and delicate strength. I didn’t want to cuss out my equilibrium this time. I did it all. A lot of it my.muscles were trembling. That’s a great feeling. I’m making strength.

Loved the balance of strong at the beginning, then long poses at the end with nice music to finish.

Long stretches, long (strong) poses...deep rewards. Good one.

Here I am again! 3 weeks ago I commented last. I can’t believe, for one, that my edge for side splits was what it was. And, second, I can’t believe I stood up at my edge and had room to squeeze for 5-6 breaths. I didn’t come crashing down midway like the first time i ever did the isometric side split stretch

That side splits stretch seems interesting! I may need to try that!

Enjoyed the isometric holds in the wide legged pose, it’s supposed to build strength for middle splits. The long holds of half happy baby and supine twist felt incredible. Thank you! ❤
