I lost 12 kg in 8 months by counting calories (food, cycling, walking) - almost exactly as I was supposed to lose according calculations I put into my own excel sheet. The weight stayed the same since I stopped counting 3 months ago. Yes, the food labels are allowed to have up to 20% difference, but please don't just declare it's worth nothing.

We should count calories because honestly you may be snacking on a lot of food but may feel like you ate nothing....a bar of peanut chocolate may have pver 300 calories which is equivalent to almost 250gm of. Cooked rice when we count calories we become conscious how much we have been eating extra....first few days will feel overwhelming but our brain will automatically get in sync....

Clear your mind. Get rid of the excess is greater mentality. Eat less. Move more. Self motivate. Easier than pie.

I think counting/tracking calories definitely works for some people. That being said, do you have solution or an alternative?
