This is so true. Divorced from the narc I was married for 20 years. I learned a long time ago that I can’t control his story nor do I care to. I live a full life and the best part is he’s not part of it! Live your life. Walk away and don’t ever look back!

What I find interesting about this is he’s more concerned with the story with me and how I may make him look to people around us, particularly when they ask what’s going on between us and I tell the truth, more than what his own wife thinks.. lol he’s your problem now and now that I know you exist (you got that right folks I didn’t even know he was married for 2 years) he’s dead to me even though it seems even though he’s married he’s more interested in being part of my world and still coming around and hiding the fact he’s married so much in fact he was taking his ring off.. wish I could tell his little wifey that. I bet she’d be so grateful to know that.. and the fact that everyone he knows that is impoetant to him does not even know about her. It’s like he’s embarrassed and doesn’t want people to know. How sad that must be.
