Equipment used:
Dumbbells
5 or 10 lb plates
A household item

01:35 Wrist Flexion with Dumbbell - 20 reps
02:15 Weight Plate Extension - 20 reps
03:15 Household Item Burnout - 20 reps
Complete 3-4 sets of this circuit.

15.5" forearms without a pump are mine big? I have no point of reference do stucco and man my wrists and hands hurt in the morning 😬 who's wouldn't I easily lift over 20, 000lb in a day of mixing.
