I saw an interview that you did several years ago. At that time I weighed 455 lbs. Since then I started intermittent fasting with a four hour eating window. I now weigh 290 lbs and my A1C is five. I/O all of this to watching that interview.

I've made some study notes to try and understand all the information. Ill try and add them here if they're not too long...!

Camu Camu powder is an exceptionally rich source of vitamin C. Various sources indicate that one teaspoon (5 grams) of Camu Camu powder contains approximately 500 mg of vitamin C. Therefore, consuming about 5 grams (roughly one teaspoon) of the powder would provide around 500 mg of vitamin C.

I grew up on a farm in texas, we only ate seasonal fruit, peaches and wild plums, which maybe lasted 3-4 weeks. We were healthy without fruit year round.

Hello Dr. Gundry. At about minute 20 into the podcast, you mention a bacterium that can convert elagic acid into urolithin-A. Can you tell us what that bug is!? I consume a fair amount of pomegranate juice, and walnuts; it would be nice to find out how to convert all that elagic acid in them to the urolithin-A. P.S. This is a very helpful podcast; and your new "Gut Check" book it wonderful--your best yet in my opinion. All the best, and thank you so much.

I am a nurse at a surgery center. So many patients have a-fib. Why are their cardiologists not having them take magnesium??? I had to have a cardiac ablation for SVT. I REALLY wish i had known to try magnesium to try to eliminate my SVT?

Not sure why you haven't mentioned magnisium glycinate?? Thata literally the best one out as you also get the benefits of the glycin combined with the bioavalibility. For the vitamin c, I would simple take about 100 grams of blueberry daily and that would suffice.

I started taking Magnesium Threonate (sp?) and immediately cleared brain fog. I am on a proton pump inhibitor for acid reflux, so that likely made me deficient.
