This was one of the very first breath work videos I watched & breathed along with almost 4 years. My life has 100% improved in ALL areas since. I went from not being able to leave my house from being debilitated by anxiety from sexual abuse, combat & losing my oldest son to now owning my own small business(s) which one of them has been a life’s dream come true as I am now a certified personal trainer. Thank you for sharing this. I'm a person in recovery from heroin/meth/alcohol. Breathwork has really begun to help me and I've just started. My heart is telling me to learn breathwork to be another Avenue to help those in recovery from substances. Can you point me to a solid, legit teacher/school that teaches breathwork? I'm very serious about this
