Thank you for this introduction to breath holds on exhale series! Until now since feeling called to do breath work, I had not found videos that could help me build up my endurance on holding breath after exhale. I found myself being able to do it with ease in this first video after listening to your tricks in the intro video. I trust in time, i'll be able to exhale more breath before the hold.
