Just got a 24 SE R Line Black and it is pretty sweet. People complain about power, but it is more than fine. There is some turbo lag that should be improved, but other than that, it is a good value for what you get.

I'm Driving this car as a rental, I like the way it handles. It seems to hesitate on going from a stop to a turn, but this may be just me, I'm used to a Honda Civic. I had to learn to go lightly on the brakes, but a good car to drive, good smooth ride.

Why is the 2024 Tiguan in Europe updated or basically all new and gorgeous and this 2024 in the USA is still the old one?

Of course you won't know anything bad about it just test driving it like that. That's why 99% of car review channels have nothing but good things to say 90% of the time, when they are thrown a new car for 30min. There's no cost of ownership, real world fuel economy tests, maintenance fees, long-term reliability, insurance costs, pretty much everything that people actually need info on.
