I really like it and indeed have just ordered an Elegance. I am a current owner of a 2021 Skoda Superb and was about to buy another one after the 2024 model came out. Unfortunately, test drive was a huge disappointment as the seats were really poor in terms of comfort and were a marked downgrade from the past models - for some reason you never hear that on the YouTube reviews, but it is undoubtedly the case. In a moment of frustration I went for a test drive on the 2024 Tiguan and just loved it. They also had comfortable seats which sold it for me. I do not want to tear down country lanes at high speed, but want a comfortable diesel car with lots of tech that is pleasant to drive - this just fits the bill perfectly. Indeed, if you are looking for diesel cars at the moment, the choice is much more limited than it was.

Just ordered an Rline. I considered the Kodiak and when asked by my friend why I didn't go for the Skoda, my only response was, my wife said, you're NOT getting a f*cking Skoda!
She still thinks they're like the Estelle 😂

We in the uk are getting ripped off by our very own European car manufacturers! A bmw 3 series cost in china 25k and the very same car in the same spec in Uk its 48k. We as customers need more cars from different manufacturers, specially from china. They are 3steps ahead in technology. Yet cheaper. Isnt this your 2nd review of this car? The last review you said it was totally terrible ride.

Nice review, quite dull car, especially at the side of that jacket!! I mean C'Mon.. Tim, have a word with yourself ... ;) and yes it may have been a reasonable price in TK Max, but just because you didnt mean that you should ... Man, those touch sensitive buttons, I would never buy a car that I have to do that in order to turn on the clima... such a stupid hazard

To be honest it’s a really bad car. In 3 months the rear passenger windows cracked because of thermal shock. The front vw sign (a piece of cheap plastic) cracked, had to pay 250eur to replace it. The start button and the rotating knob dis-attached, had to get it fixed back. The car sometimes doesn’t start at all, have to keep pressing the start button for several times to get it started. If i drive in eco mode for long distances the battery wouldn’t charge and the car wouldn’t start the next morning. Btw the vw mobility is piece of sh. And i could go on and on. My advice - wait for the next facelift and stay away from this make - it’s a really bad car.
