Can you guys do a video on every supplement you take and why? I've been lifting for a while, but I am reluctant to use anything besides whey protein in addition to my other food. I just don't want to really mess up my body or overall health. Love the videos though guys! Stay Buff! Buff Dudes

These are my favorite segments on your channel so far! Keep them coming; I also like seeing which exercises you do for each body part when you explain the tips. I've been working out for several months now and I've seen a lot of progress but I like seeing what others do so I can improve my own workout routine. Maybe a "3 easy tips for making the best workout routine" because I feel it's time I go from beginner to an intermediate lifting schedule.
