Just a caution..for those who are not as flexible yet, kindly warm up slowly and DO NOT FORCE yourself just to follow this video.
The person in the video doing the asanas is an advanced yogacharini as she is a very flexible.
So go slow, dont force yourself forcing yourself would lead to ligament and tendon tears and dislocation.
Just do as daily and over time we would become flexible.
Remember do not rush.
Yoga is different for each person.Most important before starting Yoga recite a simple mantra of your Ishta devata or any chant from any religion( if one is not a Hindu)
Lets not forget God in Yoga as Yoga is all about Union of Self and God.

Namakar madam ji. Thanks for The nice tips to enhance blood circulation in the brain. I think sirsasan also could be added for those who could do it against a wall for a few minutes while breathing normally through noses followed immediately by shavasan for 2 minutes.
