Once I finished the video and did the breathing with my eyes closed I started to cry with no warning! Felt such an emotional release! Thanks a lot .... Suddenly my blood circulation in legs stoped i felt like am gonna die 😭😭😭 its 3 am at 🇮🇳india and my mom dad r sleeping ....the only thing i could do is search exercises at yt n ur video literally saved me !!!!

omG.I can't believe this.was having issues breathing comfortably and the doctors says my lungs and heart are fine.i Just did one session and after that i can feel relaxed breath well and i am still trying to see if my mind is playing games .Thank you sir.ylu are heaven sent

I have been doing this for 9 days in a row now. I even did it twice day before yesterday. My arms and shoulders don't get so strained and tired. I am doing it seated and have graduated from lifting my heals to lifting my whole leg very slightly in place of bending my knees if I were standing. Progress! Thank you, Sir!

OMG, I need to tell you I can’t believe the difference your personal exercise program is making towards getting my health better. For 2yrs I’ve had this lump in my stomach (apparently it’s called the folk) just under ribs slightly right side middle of the stomach. Since starting my program the lump is smaller. Thank you so much & I can’t wait to see what the end of the program holds for me.💫💙😍
