[ingredients] 1 tsp = 5 ml, 1 Tbsp = 15 ml, 1 cup = 240 ml
100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
15 g (1 Tbsp) water
100 g (1/3 cup + 4 tsp) heavy cream

{optional}
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
* Adding butter and vanilla to the caramel sauce while it's hot makes it more flavorful.

Better procedure. Melt first the sugar until brown color produce in little fire then switch off the fire and put the butter and mix very well it will be bubbled but it is normal and after that let the mixture to be warm and partially add the heavy cream while mixing it and it's depend until you reach your desire tab.
