I really love the fusion of Qigong and Yoga. Yoga poses tend to be more impactful while Qigong moves are more flowy. Incorporating both makes Yoga more enjoyable and Qigong more effective for me 😊

This really helped, thank you for sharing this. I used to be very active, but depression and PTSD had me mostly in bed these days. Everything hurts and typically I would have overdone this, but I think gentle is what I need right now. Thank you again.
