Thank you so much. I was very sick. Heart palpitations and very painful and constricted bronchial tube and lungs 🫁 and after just one session I was able to get up and visit a friend. My palpitations calmed right down and it was so much easier to breathe. I will continue until the healing is complete. I am so very grateful. I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis (which is paralyzing). I recovered but with many problems with my heart, lungs, pancreas and numbing. No medication has worked. I can already breath better after this simple 10 minute exercise. Thank you!

Dear gigong meditation 🧘‍♂️ here is a tip for you exercise with your bare feet on the ground, the earth is full of ions will remove all health issues, plus will ground us and connect us to the earth, it also contains vitamin D, phosphorus which helps with strong bones and much more also aids weight loss, we have lost our connection to mother earth, I feel amazing after doing this for the last month 😀
