This morning qigong routine consists of warm up exercises for the neck, shoulders and the upper back, also hip openers and exercises for balance and coordination. Ideal as a morning routine to move the body, stretch stiff muscles and hydrate the joints!

Thank you so much for putting on videos I can follow for free. I can't afford to go to classes so these really help me to stay active, breathe and help my anxiety. Wow! I feel so much better after these; and I really need to do my Qijong daily. The only thing I cannot do are the knee rotations, but that's because of knee surgeries and because I have dislocating kneecaps. But anyway, not here to complain, I am here to say I'm beyond thrilled to have found you, and that I can do pretty much all of these energizing and stress relieving exercises. My mind and my body always feel so much better after doing them. So grateful to you, Kseny for posting these truly amazing exercises of all kinds! Thank you, thank you. <3

Where is "this beautiful place"? I would love a quick "location" on some of your nature backdrops. I am "house-bound" most of the time, and I love the reminder of my decades of beautiful places and healthy outdoor exercise.
