dear Laura i love your recipes that is the reason why i must tell you that in middle eastern cuisine cheek peas always call for cumin .it is like tomato and basil in Italian cuisine …of course who does not like the taste of cumin is free to skip it …

Looks so delicious! I love adding beets or beet powder which gives the hummus a fabulous magenta color-highly recommend it!
