I actually tried this a few hours ago, and yes, it was really creamy. I actually don't have a good blender, so I had to blend it over and over again, worth it though. Do give it a try.

mix the garlic, lemon, salt together, let it sit for a few minutes, strain out the garlic again, mix in the tahini until it becomes this thick paste. add your chickpeas to a food processor and blend till smooth, adding only as much water (or ice) as you need to blend it nicely. then mix the two pastes together and you'll have the creamiest hummus

I add bicarbonate of soda when soaking the rinse add fresh water and boil will have a better taste
