This is guaranteed 💯. My dad may he rest in peace taught me this 7 years ago, and when ever I can't go to sleep I bring the pillows and do the same thing Dr Mandell explained.

Falling asleep isn't difficult for me, but staying asleep. Please do a video for not waking at 1 or 2am and having trouble falling back asleep.

I tried Thai last night and I slept 4 hours uninterrupted, got up to pee, got back in bed and slept until 10am😜‼️

I hate sleeping while lying on my back, so I do legs against the wall yoga pose for 30 minutes. I move my angles around and some other leg exercises. The exercises keep me awake. This pose guarantees me a good night's sleep and eases my back pains. Thanks Dr
