Also if anyone struggles with mental health look into what the CBT call BACE. Body, Achievement, Connection and Enjoyment is the key things and making more balance across your day for these things xx the theory is if we focus too much on achievement such as work or studies we are forgetting about the other areas of our life and that can cause mental health issues xx

It’s absolutely true sleep is very important and keeps you energetic for the whole day. Yoga is also good to keep you warm and healthy.

Sleep is so important and I struggle so much with sleep as well no matter what I try but I will always keep it a priority I think sleep hygiene is so important! My 5 are so similar to yours but mine change in summer break to all year round aswell as a student I learn constantly then summer comes and I feel idle so this year I’m doing skillshare courses etc xx awesome video Raksha I love how you focus on physical, emotional and mental health is to you as it’s my main focuses too xx

Wasn't Breath amazing? I haven't missed a day of yoga since doing it (my children are older!) I don't know what it was about this 30day challenge that spoke to me more than previous ones.
I would love to find out more about that last study you mentioned. I wonder if the same applies to introverts? As an introvert myself I have enjoyed not having the pressure to meet up with people over the last year. Yes I know i am very much in the minority there😂
