Another one habit i use for myself is making a journal and venting in it whenever i feel overwhelmed and anxious. Write down my intrusive thoughts and problems and put my heart into answering them! Maybe you could use this technique too <3

The tip about being playful in general is one I find myself needing to be reminded of time and time again. Life really is far too short to be serious all the time. Leaving room for fun for yourself and the people around you will really make things better in the long run.

I just binged A:tla for the first time last week! I adore it now. Zuko is my favorite character, so when I saw the thumbnail, I clicked on it so fast that I didn't even read the title😂😂 I'm glad this video came to me when it did; it definitely helped to put things into perspective at a really big and stressful stage in my life🥰❤️

One habit of mine is listening to a specific playlist when I’m down! The playlist should have sadder songs that reflect your bad day so you feel like someone understands the pain you are going through and you aren’t alone, I recommend songs like “Moral Of The Story”(Ashe and Niall), “Are You Satisfied?” and “Oh no!”(Marina). Then your playlist starts getting better spirited, soft and calming music like “Home”, Fallen Down”, “Memory”(Toby Fox) and “Dandelions”(Ruth B). Then have very upbeat and positive songs like “Could Have Been Me”(Cover by Halsey or original), “Loverboy” (A-wall), “Sunroof” (Nick Youre, dazy) and “Out Of My League” (Fritz and The Tantrums). Sorry if this was long, but these types of songs in this order really helped me and those I recommended it to!
