I have never had the idea to conceptualize exercise like this and being a person who loves to play videogames this hit all the right spots for me. I am absolutely gonna use this whenever I can in the future

First off, thank you for your passionate work here.

Secondly, I have a question: how do you know if the changes you want to make accurately reflect your true self? I have struggles with identity stemming from cptsd. I want new habits but I find myself stuck in knowing if the habits themselves are authentically me or a projecting of who I think I should be...that's some complex schtuff I know. Specifically in this video where I'm stuck is "habits that are incongruent with the self won't last" and how I can go about saying, for sure finally, "yea this is me."
