Just got home earlier from school and listened to this, I kid you not we had a question whether an action shapes a person's character or does the environment they are in shape them and what differentiates the two. I said an action shapes an individual better because its what they can do and if they chose to they can take themselves out of the environment or situation, hence the action creating the individual's character/trait.
And it just so happened that I left this at the part right before they said that environment plays a huge part.
