Dry fasting is actually easier then water fasting. A 24 hour one is not hard... the hunger pains go away easier with the dry fast.

Something I do is to start dry fasting at night so the beginning of the fast is while you are sleeping. 🤓

I’ve done a 48 hour dry fast, immediately followed by a 48 hour water fast. It’s a great thing.

Good luck on your journey, girl!
Dry fasting is actually a miraculous tool that is built into our bodies.

Yes! I'm so glad you're dry fasting! Its benefits are incredible, at least for me they were. Humans are super tough we can go and dry fast for a good long while and heal

49 hours into dry fasting and the only thing I’m thinking is “God please don’t let me wake up dead 🥴” lol

You should try a longer dry fast followed by a water fast. I think you'd see great results. I've done a 7 day water fast with amazing results. Currently on day 1 of my "attempted" 10 day water fast, but I'm starting off with a 24 hour dry fast (assuming I can handle it), thanks to your video :)

I find dry fasts easier than water fasts. At least just 1-2 day fasts

Next time you try it you should do it during a flare up so you can see if it stops it. I'm so happy it seems to be working 🙂

Fasting is the best! I think it should be used medicinally, but it really really works! Happy for you and hope you continue to use it on your healing journey. I’m currently on day 2 of a water fast.

I think you stumbled across a really good idea! Dry fasting heals skin conditions from everything I've heard and seen. Good luck! I've done a handful of 24 hour dry fast as well, you're going to be fine 💖🔥🌹

I do dry fasting for religious purposes for about 16-18 hrs. It is not dangerous unless you do not eat or drink anything beforehand. But as long as you eat hydrating foods before and after your fast you should be fine :)

Dry fasting gives you more benefits than water fasting and is easier.

I really like how much of a disclaimer you put on this while still giving the visibility of what you’re doing. I don’t ever intend to go through this and find it fascinating and awesome that you’re doing this to help your skin issues. 💛

It is not a good idea to overeat before the fast, you'll make your experience more difficult. As for the ellettrolites and vitamins, do no worry. When you dry fast, the body compensate, and produces/normalize its values.
Good for you to try one day! It is a safe and healthy practice for most people.

Intermittent dry fasts kept my rashes from flaring up. Yes we need more science on this.

I did a 24 hour dry fast before continuing onto my first 7 day water fast.
Re-feed: my wife made me (chicken feet) bone broth.

We went to the mall and as I was walking up the stairs I noticed a HUGE difference in the level of discomfort in my knees (I'm 62 and 275lb) it was so amazing that I walked down and back up just because it was so different.

In a few weeks the pain and stiffness came back. ( You know, back on carbs causing inflammation)

So
2 months later I tried another 7 day fast remembering the dramatic difference I had experienced in my previous 7 day fast.

The results were not the same. I did not dry-fast at all this time.

I reduced then eliminate carbohydrates at least a week before a long fast to make that fast easier. I love that when you eliminate carbs for 3 or 4 days you no longer crave them. It has therefore made me consider them an addictive drug.

I am going to do a dry fast for 24 hours before I start the next 7-Day fast to see if my results are the same as my first 7-Day fast.

Thank you for explaining the details of your fast I am not encouraged by you at all! 🤔🙃😁

I am practicing dry fasting 5 days a week in winter where the day is short, 12 hours. It is amazing for health.
