This was Great!! I'm 63 years old, an avid walker and looking to slowly add weight training to my fitness routine! Your video was very easy to follow and doable for a beginner like myself. And I love that it was only 5 mins!😊❤❤❤

Love this I would like a video for strengthen all your muscles I am recovering from a hysterectomy and bladder sling, lost weight and would like to gain some muscle.
